Hello! I’m so glad you're here and I have something special to share with you today. The Dream Big, Dream You workbook is available now on Amazon! Let me tell you a bit about it and share some fun insights on how it came to be.
From a young age, I’ve always loved challenging myself and learned early on that if I couldn’t see positivity in my current experience I needed to find it or create it for myself. When someone told me to follow my dreams and I could be anything I wanted when I grew up, I took it to heart and never forgot it. It wasn’t a direct path but looking back I can see I never lost sight of that. As time passed I didn’t realize that I was naturally using tools like visualization and affirmations; I thought I was just having fun with my imagination, escaping reality for just a moment. In the last few years, as I learned more about using these practices as actual tools, I started using them in a more organized way. They’ve helped me transition from working a regular 9-5 job to working for myself, creating and selling my art, gaining the best freelance design clients, and sharing my positivity with the world.
As I saw these positive changes happening and I was reaching my goals with more ease and confidence, I knew I had to share this with others. I immediately thought about how my younger self would have benefitted from learning these tools more formally. Sure, in school, you learn to study to do well on tests, but I wasn’t introduced to setting my own goals, ones I chose just for myself, until I was much older. So, I set out to create the Dream Big, Dream You workshop for my younger self.
The workshop was 6 weeks long, and a friend who runs a school for early learners allowed me to pilot it with her summer program. I’m so grateful for her encouragement and collaboration! I facilitated the workshop over Zoom calls each week, introducing the tools, and then the classroom teachers would work with the students individually throughout the week. Some of my nieces and nephews also took part in 1-on-1 Zoom calls with me in a similar format. After seeing how it empowered these young people, I wanted to share it with even more people and in a faster way. I decided to transform the Dream Big, Dream You workshop into a self-paced workbook, not only for my younger self, but now also for my early career self, my mid-career self, and for my current self! One of the primary ideas was to keep it fun, judgment-free, and flexible in the timing, so the self-paced workbook was the best fit.
Now let me tell you about the workbook itself.

Benefits of Using the Workbook
The Dream Big, Dream You workbook offers a straightforward approach to pursuing your dreams, whether you're new to goal-setting or seeking a fresh perspective. It’s great for adults, teens, and kids, too! Younger kids can start setting their own goals with a little guidance, just like I did in the workshop.
Fun Tools to Add to Your Experience
Writing out your affirmations, mantras, or goals and placing them in spots you can see them regularly is great for a daily reminder and a boost of positivity whenever you see them. I thought it would be pretty to write them directly on the mirror so I got these dry erase metallic liquid chalk markers. You can use Post-it notes too for a little bit of an easier cleanup when you want to make adjustments.
Conclusion
I do not doubt that, if you’re open to these ideas, the Dream Big, Dream You workbook can help you jump-start your personal growth and set and achieve any goal you have, to live a life you truly desire —no matter how big or small your dreams may be. Start your journey today and see how these tools can change your life. Remember, it’s not about how big your first goals are; it’s about starting and growing from there.
Let’s dream big and achieve together!
